At E’s Dream Team, the goals are simple…we are mission and success driven.  E's Dream Team is founded and led by Elvia Barboa, who has over 18 years of special event and nonprofit experience.  Elvia created the E's Dream Team out of demand...demand for caring, hardworking, mission driven individuals looking to support nonprofits with fundraising events and campaigns nationally or internationally. The Dream is to ensure that we are going above and beyond our client’s expectations helping them showcase their programs, brand, and help them engage and retain supporters, ensuring expansion of their programs and services. 

Elvia and the team receives 95% of clients from existing client referrals. Although we produce a great number of high profile events, we have a passion for supporting “start-up” organizations where we can really lend our expertise in all facets of the organization.

At E's Dream Team, our special events team believes in creating unique moments and "out of the box" experiences that leave a lasting impression. We are the whole package!  We help in producing events but we also assist in securing or sourcing vendors, talent, partner media groups, brands and celebrity ambassadors to help elevate your event experience.

E's Dream Team members are bilingual (English/Spanish) and bicultural and have years of nonprofit experience offering consulting services in all departments of an organization not just on global experiential events.  We have a strong work ethic, we are great multitaskers, communicators, and produce events at a premium level all while watching the bottom line to ensure that the organizations are saving so that they can continue to support their programs. We take on a select number of clients at a given time to ensure the client has all the support and attention needed to host a successful event, campaign, or program.
